New resolutions for 2015

Stiu ca e o moda ca fix inainte de noaptea dintre ani sa vii cu o ditai lista pe care promiti solemn sa o respecti incepand din 1 ianuarie. De parca ai avea nevoie de o zi sau o ora anume ca sa incepi sa faci schimbari in viata ta. Insa de fapt oamenii au nevoie de un reset psihologic la fiecare ciclu de 365 de zile si de un bun motiv de a ciocni un pahar de sampanie!

Eu de sarbatori am pus creierul pe pauza si am incercat sa ma relaxez cat pot de mult, sa reincarc acumulatorii ca sa functionez eficient si in 2015. Drept urmare, inceputul lui ianuarie, cand toata lumea incearca sa isi reintre in ritm, cand inca persista o atmosfera de vacanta si mintea inca nu iti este supraincarcata , este perioada perfecta de a trage linie, a vedea ce a mers si ce nu si de a stabili noii parametri dupa care vei actiona pe viitor.

1. Sa nu am doar o agenda, ci 5 daca e nevoie! Cate una pentru fiecare proiect important in curs.

2. Sa nu ma mai amagesc ca voi cheltui mai putin luna ce vine/ in noul sezon. Cu toate stim ca shopping-ul funtioneaza ca o terapie! Ma abtin o saptamana, doua , maxim 3 , dar vine si a patra cand recuperez toooot!

3. Sa calatoresc cat pot de mult, indiferent de situatia interna incerta a tarii. Si da, vineri plec la Paris! Nu sunt nebuna, am cumparat aceasta vacanta inca din vara, asa ca nu aveam cum sa stiu ca voi fi sabotata exact in ianuarie! Wish me luck!

4. Cat de greu mi-ar fi, indiferent cat de drag imi este respectivul, chiar daca poate imi va parea rau mai tarziu…. Sa invat sa zic mai des ” NU” !

5. Sa imi valorific timpul la adevarata sa valoare. Mi-am dat seama cat de mult timp liber aveam acum 2-3 ani si cat de putin mi-a mai ramas acum. Drept urmare, il voi imparti cu cine merita cu adevarat!

6. Sa ma rasfat mai mult. Bai fierbinti prelungite, masaje relaxante si somn cat cuprinde.

7. Sa renunt fara resentimente la persoanele care ma incarca cu energie negativa.

8. Sa ma accept asa cum sunt, cu defecte si calitati, sa iau fiecare esec ca pe o experienta de viata necesara evolutiei mele.

9. Sa nu ma mai enervez cand cand se umple wall-ul facebook-ului de tot felul de porcarii inutile: frustrarile unora, excesele narcisiste ale altora, status-uri profund filosofice, check-in-uri din aeroporturi, autostrazi sau bodegi, un milion de poze cu copii, invitatii la jocuri obscure sau cersirea unui like pentru nush ce concurs! Pentru ca mor!!!

10. Sa fiu a “better me” in 2015.

I know it has become a trend that right before New Year’s Eve you have to come up with a huge list of things that you solemnly promise to respect come January 1st.  As if you need a specific day or hour to start making changes in your life. But in fact people actually need a psychological reset every 365 days and a good reason to raise a glass of champagne!

For the holidays, I’ve put my brain on pause and tried to relax as much as possible and recharge my batteries in order to work efficiently in 2015.

As a result, early January, when everyone is trying to re-enter their rhythm, and there’s still a holiday atmosphere and your mind is not yet overloaded, is the perfect time to draw a line and see what worked and what didn’t work and to establish the new parameters that you will follow in the future.

  1. To not have only one agenda, but 5 if necessary! One for each major project in progress.
  2. To stop deceiving myself that I will spend less next month / next season. We all know that shopping is therapy! I refrain myself for a week or two, maximum three, but then comes the fourth week when I catch up with everythiiiing!
  3. To travel as much as I can, regardless of the country’s uncertain internal situation. And yes, on Friday I am leaving for Paris! I’m not crazy, I bought this vacation since summer, so I couldn’t have known that I would be sabotaged precisely in January! Wish me luck!
  4. As hard as it is, regardless of how much I care for someone, even if I may be sorry later… I have to learn to say „NO” more often!
  5. To leverage my time at its true value. I realized how much free time I had 2 or 3 years ago and how little I have left now. Therefore, I will share it with people who truly deserve it!
  6. To indulge myself more often. Long hot baths, relaxing massages and as much sleep as possible.
  7. To give up on people who send me negative energies, without looking back.
  8. To accept myself just the way I am, with flaws and qualities, and to take every failure as a life experience that is necessary to my evolution.
  9. To stop getting angry when my Facebook wall fills with all sorts of useless crap: people’s frustrations, other people’s narcissistic excesses, deeply philosophical statuses, check-ins at airports, highways or pubs, millions of pictures with kids, invitations to obscure games or people begging for likes for whatever contest! Because I just can’t!!!
  10. To be a „better version of me” in 2015.
