Intamplator sau nu, am ales sa scriu despre acest subiect exact cand am pasit ferm in primavara, sezonul schimbarii, curateniei si al detoxifierii. Multe dintre voi ma tot intreaba: “ce maninci de esti asa slaba?”,”care este meniul tau zilnic?”, “zi-ne secretul tau…” si asa mai departe. Dragelor, imi pare rau sa va dezamagesc, dar nu detin niciun secret si  daca l-as detine, vi l-as impartasi cu mare drag. Totusi, la solicitarea publicului, o sa va povestesc cate ceva despre rutina mea in ceea ce priveste alimentatia, strans legata si de stilul meu de viata.

– dimineata nu sunt buna de nimic pana nu imi servesc clasicul ceai negru cu lamaie, insotit de un croissant sau 2 felii de paine prajita cu unt si Nutella.

– daca cu  seara inainte mi-am facut de cap grav, dimineata beau un pahar cu apa calduta si lamaie (curata intestinele si face loc pentru un mic dejun satios)

– ador mancarea gatita, mai ales cea preparata de mine (satisfactia este dubla, mai ales cand imi iese)

– zic un pas categoric: mezelurilor, mancarii congelate, sucurilor acidulate, snacksurilor de orice fel, produselor cu termen de garantie prea mare, etc. Tot ce e prea colorat  sigur are si multe E-uri.

– marea mea slabiciune este insa – painea! Tot ce tine de patiserie, paste, etc. Sunt in stare sa devorez o bagheta intreaga de ciabatta, goala, de gust.

– fac urat de tot daca imi scade nivelul zaharului din sange. Ciocolata, eclere, biscuiti, sorbet, clatite, dulceata… le ador pe toate fara exceptie!

– cand sunt pe fuga prin oras, devorez covrigi, merdenele, ce gasesc. Preferatul meu insa este sendvisul cu pui de la Paul 🙂

– nu consum bauturi alcoolice si nu fumez (dar asta v-am mai zis eu)

– ca si lichide, beau multa apa plata, fresh-uri, ceaiuri de toate felurile, cat mai tari si aromate sa fie!

– nu tin un regim, niciodata nu am facut-o, ci efectiv incerc sa mentin un echilibru. Daca cateva zile la rand am exagerat cu mancarea grea si mai junk, a patra zi o dau pe ciorbe si salate. Si invers, daca am fost relativ cuminte o saptamana, imi fac de cap in week-end si organizez ceva crunt: de exemplu fac cartofi prajiti si ou si multa branza telemea peste :))) sau am un sweet crazy day, adica ma indop cu dulciuri pana lesin :)))

– toate astea de mai sus sunt posibile in cazul meu pentru ca sunt o persoana activa si compensez prin foarte multa activitate: ma consum atat fizic cat si psihic de multe ori, iar suncile nu au timp sa se depuna :), plus ca uneori chiar uit sa maninc.

– bottom line, ca si un sfat la final va recomand sa nu va privati de micile placeri al vietii, cum ar fi tentatiile culinare (eu inca nu m-am decis daca maninc ca sa traiesc sau traiesc ca sa maninc), si chiar daca va straduiti sa mancati cat mai sanatos, e ok sa mai aveti si niste scapari, mai mult pentru psihic! Pentru ca un creier stresat si nealimentat nu da randament. Prietenii (mei) stiu de ce 🙂

Coincidentally or not, I chose to write on this topic just as we firmly stepped into spring, the season of change, cleaning and detox. Many of you are asking me: “what do you eat to stay so thin?”, “what is your daily menu?”, “tell us your secret”, and so on. My darlings, I’m sorry to disappoint you, I don’t have any secret, but if I did I would gladly share it with you. However, as per the public’s request, I will tell you a little bit about my routine in terms of nutrition, which is closely related to my lifestyle.

 

– in the morning I’m no good until I serve my classical black tea with lemon, accompanied by a croissant or 2 slices of toast with butter and Nutella.

– sometimes, when I go crazy with food the night before, in the morning I like to drink a glass of warm water with lemon (it cleans the bowels and makes room for a nourishing breakfast).

– I love homemade food, especially if it’s cooked by me (the satisfaction is double, especially when it turns out good).

– I say a definite NO to: cold cuts, frozen foods, sodas, snacks of any kind, products that have a way too long expiration date, etc. Everything that is too colorful surely has many food additives.

– however, my biggest weakness is bread! And everything related to pastry, pasta, etc. I’m capable to devour an entire ciabatta just for the taste.

– I act really bad if my blood sugar drops. Chocolate, éclairs, biscuits, sorbets, pancakes, I love them all without exception!

– when I’m running errands in the city, I devour bagels, pastries or whatever I find. But my favorite is the chicken sandwich from Paul. 🙂

– I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t smoke (but I already told you that).

– as for liquids, I drink plenty of water, fresh juices, and all kinds of tea, the stronger and more flavorful the better!

– I’m not on a diet, I never was, but I do try to maintain a balance. If three days in a row I exaggerate with heavy dishes and junk food, on the fourth day I switch to soups and salads. And vice versa, if I’m relatively behaving for a week, I go nuts on the weekend and organize something wild: for instance, I make fries and eggs with a lot of cheese sprinkled on top :))) or I have a chocolate day, which means that I gorge on sweets until I pass out :)))

– all of these are possible in my case because I’m an active person and I compensate through a lot of activity: I wear myself out both physically and mentally, and the fat doesn’t have time to set on my body. 🙂

– bottom line, as a final tip I recommend you not to deprive yourselves from life’s little pleasures, such as culinary temptations (I have not yet decided if I eat to live or live to eat), and even if you strive to eat as healthy as possible, it’s ok to make little mistakes, mostly for your mental state! Because a stressed and starving brain does not perform well. (My) friends know why! 🙂
